PUBLIC NOTICE
Approval of SERVICE DELIVERY AND BUDGET IMPLEMENTATION PLAN (SDBIP) FOR 2012/13 FINANCIAL YEAR
Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 53 (1) (c)(ii) of the Local Government Municipal Finance Management Act, 2003 (Act 56 of 2003) that the Acting Executive Mayor of the Gert Sibande  District Municipality, Councillor TA Mnisi has approved the Service Delivery and Budget Implementation Plan (SDBIP) for the 2012 /13 financial year.  A Service Delivery and Budget Implementation Plan is a detailed plan approved by the Mayor of a Municipality for implementing the Municipality's delivery of Municipal Services and its Annual Budget.
Copies of the approved Service Delivery and Budget Implementation Plan will be available for scrutiny during office hours at the Gert Sibande District Municipal Office, No. M414, 4th Floor, Corner of Oosthuize and Joubert Street, Ermelo, as well as on the District's Website : www.gsibande.gov.za as from 20 June 2012 (Click on the Link below).  For further enquiries, please contact Mr Ettienne de Boom on 017-801 7086 during office hours.
